
Step ONE
Browse our designs - there is sure to be one that matches your requirements. While browsing, make sure to look at a screen shot of the design - with your store logo and welcome message! This will give you a visual impression of what your customers will see when they visit your store.

Each design also has a feature walkthrough. This will step you through all of the major design elements so that you know exactly what will be active on your store. Keep in mind that add-on features are still available to enhance the design even further!

Once you have decided on your design and features, you simply order the service level you need, indicating which design and add-on features you need.
In the next step, we will then open a support ticket to kick off the construction process...
Step TWO
Once your order is placed, we will open a support ticket to start the construction process. We will send you a design guide and a form for collecting the needed information for the construction phase.
The design guide will explain all the steps that will be taken to get your store ready. Each piece of required information will be explained in detail, including all the technical specifications for the store and product images, product details, etc.

When you have collected the information, simply reply to the support ticket with your completed form and requested files. We will verify that we have everything we need to start building your store. Of course, if you have any questions, you can send us a note on your ticket any time.
In the next step, we build your store, then let you know when it is ready for inspection...


Step THREE
We turn the store over for testing and approval. You exercise the functions, place test orders, get your customer and store owner emails and look at the admin functions.

When you tell us you are ready, we turn off test mode and make your new store live and ready to sell.
We will start up a burn-in period where we are very interactive with you on the live store. All of your questions are addressed and we make sure our monitors are working. When the burn-in period is complete, we will move your store to its continuous maintenance mode where it is kept running smoothly!

We never leave you stranded or on your own. You can, and should, keep us engaged in your operations - we want to make sure everything is running well and that you are satisfied with your store!
